Our short term plan is to have a solid foundation to start competing in Valorant tournaments.
We'll build on those foundations to then build a network consisting of more teams spread over different games.
In essence, we want to be the next big esports team whilst promoting our player's profiles.

Flip Gaming is an online computer and component retailer, specialising in pre built gaming machines. We sell components and peripherals at great prices, often competing with many major established retailers.
We have a fully established Valorant team who have won tournaments and great prizes.
As manager, I'm now looking for a confident strat caller/IGL to join the team. That person will secure a permanent spot within the team.
As this is an IGL position, you MUST:
- Be confident in strat calling
- Not get easily tilted
- Be an effective communicator
- Have a wealth of knowledge to bring to the team in the form of implementing strats
- Be a natural team leader
