Galagik Esports is on a mission to build a competitive and cohesive Valorant team, and we're searching for a dedicated coach to lead the charge. As we aim to climb through Premier and higher competitive tiers, we need a sharp strategic mind who can bring structure, discipline, and a winning mentality to the squad.

📌 What We’re Looking For:
- A Head Coach for our Valorant roster
- Someone who can analyze gameplay, develop structured practice plans, and mentor players
- A leader who can establish team identity and foster improvement

🎯 Responsibilities:
- Analyze scrim and match VODs to identify team and individual strengths/weaknesses
- Develop strategies, agent comps, and map-specific game plans
- Run structured practices and create weekly training schedules
- Support player development through feedback, reviews, and goal-setting
- Collaborate with team leadership to align on performance goals and culture
- Help with the run of trials for the roster

✅ Requirements:
- Prior coaching experience in competitive Valorant, either at a team or individual level
- Strong knowledge of the game’s meta, agent synergies, and map control fundamentals
- Ability to lead, motivate, and bring out the best in players
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Availability to attend practices, scrims, and team meetings (primarily evenings/weekends)
- Age: 18+ preferred
- Region: North America
