🎯 Requirements:
- Rank: Ascendant+ preferred (exceptions can be made based on skill, game sense, and experience)
- Experience: Previous competitive experience (scrims, leagues, tournaments) is a strong plus
- Commitment: Available for regular scrims, practice, and Premier
- Mindset: Team-oriented, communicative, coachable, and positive
- Age: 16+ preferred
- Region: North America
