First things first.
Once our recruitment stage has finished, our plan is to get the team well adjusted with each other through practices, teambuilding events, etc. There we will move onto Valorant Premier League in order to win a Global Open and be invited to the big stage. Winning the Global Open is a big deal for the North American Division as it shows that this team has what it takes to compete in the big leagues.
