Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about esports and committed to helping our players succeed. While we do not currently offer a salary, we offer an opportunity to grow and develop as a player, as well as access to the best CS:GO players in the world.

We are currently searching for tier 2-3 players who are eager to prove themselves in the competitive scene.
Conditions
- Must have a deep understanding of CS:GO mechanics and strategies.
- Must be available to practice and play on a regular schedule.
- Must be willing to work collaboratively with teammates and coaches.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with teammates and staff.
- Must be open to receiving feedback and willing to make adjustments to improve gameplay.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and good sportsmanship, both in and out of game.
- Must be able to provide references and past experience in competitive CS:GO.
- Must be willing to comply with Akronix's Code of Conduct and organizational policies.
- Must have access to reliable internet and gaming equipment.
