End of season goal of Diamond in Valorant, career progression with an internship or job relating to esports management, and strive to grow independently or with a team.
I started my college journey by moving from Michigan to Maine for two years to pursue a degree in Audio Engineering Music Production at Husson University. I worked a few good jobs during my years in Maine learning the basics of child care, office management and customer service/sales while I went to school until I ultimately found my desired passion for working in the field of gaming as a leader and moved back to Michigan (Metro Detroit Area). I am currently a junior college student transferred back to Michigan for a degree at Jackson College in Sports Management with a focus in Esports. I have played video games since I was 10 years old (10 years now), managed game servers in online gaming communities, joined the esports team at Husson University as the VALORANT Captain, and now the goal is to move up into the collegiate scene as an Esports Coordinator/Coach and the dream would be to then move up into the professional teams scene.
I have been playing video games since I was 9-10 years old, starting off playing Team Fortress 2, moving on to Garry's Mod and then took my chances at CSGO. After quite some time I moved up in ranks to a high of MGE in CSGO before I made my switch to Valorant during beta. After full release, I held a rank of Plat 1, then have been a bit stuck in Gold, but now currently ranked Plat 1 (as of 06/27). I didn't have a lot of time at university to focus on my gaming skill in Valorant, but with the new switch I have been able to dedicate more time in my games, with the hopes of moving past Plat/Diamond.
I spent valuable time learning how to manage, code, starting/updating operations, troubleshoot, build and file manage game servers for Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive for Games For Life (GFL). GFL is a popular and ever-growing gaming community focusing on games on multiple platforms such as Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Rust, and more. I spent my time learning Sourcemod (Sourcecode) and LUA, but I was more familiar with Sourcecode. I started off administering the game server until I eventually moved up to Server Manager for two TF2 servers, then Division Leader for all of TF2. I did more back-end operations of the server and troubleshooting once servers ran into issues, and managing the rest of staff members, as well as teaching others the management behind the division and Sourcebans structures.
