Looking for a team that gives the players freedom and the ability to do what they want but the final decision will come down for the IGL. To clarify I'm not saying that we don't listen to the IGL but I would like for everyone to play the way they want to play but final decision such as the execution or taking of the site will come down to the IGL. I'm looking for a team that want to improve and not tilt easily.
