My goal is to join a big organization or a big team, high diam master or even higher, and i am aiming for top 8 from any national league, even if i prefer french ^^.

Hi, I am Wazo, French coach on LoL for nearly 3 years now.

After a start with low diamond teams, I went to some more competitive teams, and ended up in CyberPC September 2016, where we could play in the French ESL winter league and ended up 4th.
Then I went to Unsafe gaming in December, where we did results from 5th to 12th in different French tournaments and LANs (TOP 10 FR overall), until we stopped just before the summer break.
Following that I had a strange period of 6 months where I did not find a project I liked, or just that it did not work.

In all my experience until late 2017, I did not once work with anybody, only a manager when I was with Unsafe Gaming. So I decided to try a long-term project for 2018, starting with a new team low diam, and taking them the higher I could while building a real staff and learn how to work with staff. I started alone, added a mental trainer, then some individual coach and a manager, and even some analysts.
For the most part we were trying to see how to work together, and what was the job of everybody.

It worked really well, and I am now confident to work with any staff of any size. In addition, we took this new team of low diamond players from D5 to D1/Master, and we ended up something like top 12 FR.
This project was done under the tag EDE (elan d’espoir), who is a Swiss **** project is still running, but some of the staff and some player had to stop, so I am now looking for new offer to go even further and learn even more, with the goal to maybe one day going for an attempt on the pro-scene.
