I want to get better at the game by trying to play in tournaments/pro play

I’m 16 year old masters 300lp player, i main top and play volibear,ambessa,jax,Aatrox,Darius and if need be I can go on a tank such as maokai,
I’ve been playing for about 4-6 years and have gotten masters twice,
If need be I can also go adc and consider myself an emerald/diamond lvl adc and can play hwei,draven,nilah, I have been playing with a team made up of my friends for a couple months in mini tournaments and have been trying to improve
