Hoping to become a captain of a 5-6k MMR average team and successfully compete in tournaments and get a lot of experience in order to become even better at dota!

I am looking for 5k+ MMR position (2, 3, 4, 5) players for my team. Probably because I will play position 1 (In my opinion the least important position/ if not the least important then the easiest ,if you have a great team) I am really into looking for a POS 5 5.5K mmr player, who will help me with IN GAME leading!

I am an Estonian (European) Dota 2 player since 5.10.2014!

IF YOU ARE FROM THE TYPE OF GUYS WHO AREN'T PATIENCE (eg. A captain (ME) said that we're going to have a scrim at 20.00 and you decided that it is way too late that is why you find your self another team and start playing with them NOT TELLING ABOUT THIS to your captain... and the captain now has to find standin or cancel the scrim because the team didn't feel like A TEAM)... Or if you are lazy (or perhaps impolite) enough not to warn your captain about your decision then YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN TRY TO PLAY IN THIS TEAM (because it makes all the organizing work worthless, and I hate people who cannot type max 10 words in order to warn me about some big changes!).
