Small online cups, if it goes well maybe more but if it doesn't then it's just not supposed to be. I'd like to maybe have one fixed weekday evening where teampractise and stuff like that could be done (think of strats and practise smokes for them and stuff like that) and stuff like premade games could either also be part of the practise or just when people happen to be online at the same time.

I'm a 23 year old CS:GO player currently ranked LEM (went down to LE during the "derankfest" but got back up again). I have my on/off games/days so I'd say I can be inconsistent but I think that's true for most CS:GO players. I've "only" got a little over 500 hours in CS:GO but I've played CS:S casually before steam started recording hours played. As a personality I'm pretty chilled and I'd like my team to be the same and please be at least 18+, probably better 20+. I usually play rifles, I don't think I'd be much of an ingame leader and I can occasionally play AWP but I'm way too inconsistens with an AWP to play it as my main weapon.

While playing I'm mostly fairly quiet, besides calls of course, and I only get mad when I get fucked really hard or taunted but I usually mute opposing players that annoy me. My attitude towards playing is to just try my best and to try not to get down on myself when I play badly every now and then. I don't need to be told when I did something wrong, I usually know that myself and telling me will only lower my confidence. If I don't know what I did wrong or how I could have done something better I'll ask.
