My main goal is to compete. I seek to better my performance by playing against other skilled players and network to gain knowledge about aspects of competitive gaming that I as a "casual" don't know or have yet to experience.
I am 21 and have been playing games competitively for over half a decade now. I started out playing local LAN events for bragging rights (HALO,COD,SSBM...) and have since moved into the ever so more competitive online scene. online, my first game I took a competitive stance to was LOL. placing diamond in back to back seasons I felt the game had nothing left for me. Next came Smite where I only made as far as Platinum (I), I have competed in 2 Dev hosted Smite tournaments my placing however did not reflect my performance. my competitive edge for Smite was slowly fading and around the same time Fortnite came to the scene. For me it was too complicated on the KB&M so I tried my luck at controller. Granted I was playing against KB&M users but I felt I had a chance. The very first time they introduced a points system I reached the max points allowed that same day. Seeing how pros play I knew Fortnite was not for me however it was the first game I ever profited financially from. A little later Apex Legends released and I quickly jumped into ranked. Due to family emergencies I was only able to play enough to make it to platinum.
