looking for a team that plays competitively.

Always been a competitive person and want to try my hand at Call of Duty in a beer league type of way. I want to play in games that are competitive and with a team instead of just randoms that don't communicate. But since I have a to work and have other responsibilities I have to tend so I can't be practicing everyday but can do every second day and weekends i can make available for scrims against other teams. I so believe I am a good Call of Duty player and with coaching from other players or an actual coach I can improve tenfold.
