I would like to eventually play for money or consistently play with a squad and compete in a tournament and get known.

I am currently 20 years old. I play on Xbox with some college buddies. However, I have been trying to take the game more seriously and my squad besides one person cant consistently perform to my level. I currently hold a 1.35 kd which is probably average, however, I am managing to hold a 2.49 win rate currently. Would like to find more squad members my skill level and see how competitive we can be. I want to push myself and take this seriously as I would want to eventually like to play for money. I know I might not be that skilled compared to others but I truly believe I have the playmaking abilities along with an objective mindset in order to win the game against equally competitive players.
