I would love to be able to work on the business side of an organization. I love marketing and my competitiveness carries me through in all aspects of my life. I would highly enjoy being able to work closely with an esports team in some sort of management role.

My name is Kyle Durham, and I am 24 years old. I am currently finishing my degree in Entertainment Industry with an emphasis in Business and a minor in Marketing. I feel as though I am a naturally competitive person in and out of games. I have been competing in some regard since I was about 12 years old in MW2 when I began playing in the competitive sniping scene at the time of teams such as XGeN, DAFT, rM, SoaR, etc. During the height of that period, my team, DAFT Sniping, became highly ranked in MW2, COD4, and BO1 in the competitive sniping scene. I, myself, at one point was ranked #6 in individual rankings for marathon sniping in MW2. Since then, I've focused on getting my degree. As previously mentioned, with my minor in Marketing, I have a deep passion for branding, especially in the esports industry. I am also currently the coach of my university's first Call of Duty team.
