Hi, I'm looking to join this E-Sports team I've been struggling to find anyone who will recruit me because of my low stats. Because of them they cause me to be put in the low skill level range because of not being able to find the right teammates and I can't find anyone who plays in any strategies or that plays smart. I do free Xbox coaching sessions for people that are struggling with ranked or just skill in general. I usually find that playing strategy (or playing for endgame and chose fights carefully) work out the best for me and my team but a lot of times without any coms or letting anyone know one of my teammates is halfway across the map and in the middle of 5 different squads that are fighting. It feels impossible to find players the know what the strategy is and how we (the team) is playing and sticks with the team. In my eyes stats don't matter as long as the player can play smart and knows what there doing their one of the best players.
