Reach master/pred

Currently grinding ranked with one other consistent teammate. Both have been playing since day 1. Have hit diamond every season/split since ranked came out. Main horizon/bloodhound; other teammate mains Gibbie. Gibbie roles as IGL, but listens to teammates for reasonable callouts/rotations, but is inconsistent in gun fights. I play role of "fragger" being the one with the most consistent gun skill on the team having 3 K/D and multiple 3k/4k badges(honestly not trying to brag; just establish how the roles work as of the moment). Looking for a consistent 3rd who takes ranked seriously, and wants to hit masters/pred.
