Welcome to Ignis eSport;
We are a serious Valorant team striving to reach the highest level.
This is not a casual team and the expectation is you treat it as though it were a part-time job, dedicating time to improving in both team sessions and on your own. If you arent willing to put in the hours we require you're not right for this team and should look elsewhere.
We will not pretend we are a pro team yet, but we are devoted to reaching that level through determination and hard work and this is a trait we expect from you.
We are looking for players who do not have a large ego and will listen to what they're told and obey (within reason). We work on the basis of no arguments, all things should be resolved quickly and constructively as anger is pointless. We don't expect you won't get tilted as that shows you care, but what we do expect is you keep it to yourself and use it constructively.
Our greatest focus is on developing a TEAM who work together efficiently and will do anything to win and support each other in any way possible.
This is a professional project and the Organisation owners will always do their part to take it all the way and we expect you to do the same.
If you're willing to dedicate your time and effort into us, we will do the same for you and this is how we will thrive and succeed

Requirements

- Upwards of 3hr per day
- Coach-able and not toxic (we wont accept toxicity to each other)
