Tokyo Smoke is a new team with experience players looking to fill in it's roster for the upcoming tournaments for Valorant Esports. Looking to find skillful individuals willing to learn team-play, open to criticism, work on communication development, goal driven, willing to put effort into personal growth, charismatic and high competitive drive. Players must be 16+ years of age to apply.
SCHEDULING:
4 consecutive day commitment, 3-4 hours per day. This includes 1 Tournament day and 3 Scrim days with VoD reviews and strategy setups, dry runs, meetings and coaching.
OPEN ROLES:
1 Duelist, 1 Initiator,1 Sentinel
Players looking to join this team can expect:
- Frequent, consistent scrimmage dates.
- Personal improvement.
- Weekly VoD reviews.
- Weekly meetings (Both strategic and personal).
-Tournament Participation.
-1 on 1 coaching.
