The team that I'm gathering, needs to consist of players with a ****'s important that the players have a good understanding of the game. I also want the players to understand why the different roles in Dota is important.
I don't really care about MMR. My MMR isn't good because I usually end up in a matchmakingpool with a lot of random people. Someone always screws up, so therefore I want to start playing with a reliable team. MMR can always come later on.
