10k hour coach looking to start team in US region to create a high tier & competitive team for Dota2.
Team is going to be hosted in a decentralized manner reflecting DAO and community ownership of events, rosters, community investments.
No experience in web3 or DAO necessary - Must speak SOME English and have over 1,000 hours in Dota2. Must be coachable, nontoxic, and must work well in a group.
