Newbie welcome!
Just wanna make a team to play and grow together. No flames no blames, just do whatever under our control. If it's an evaluation of the play, we just communicate it nicely. Need to keep calm anything happen, upswings or downswings, they are pretty normal. Besides, it's just a game, shouldn't override friendship.
