I'm trying to start off a serious international team that aims to go as far as possible and play in as many online events as possible and if things go well we can try for some lans.
Minimum requirements:
be mature and serious
at least 1000h of CSGO
Supreme - GE on matchmaking
good gamesense and knowledge of the game
know the majority of the smokes and pop flashes on the majority of the maps
be a teamplayer that know how important team chemestry is
constant aim
You should be willing to train at least 2-3 hours/day for 4-5 days/week and try to come with ideas on why games were lost, what we can do so it gets better and so on, we can talk more in private.

( I'm currently playing as a rifler / lurker and you have to understand that finding 4 other good players will take some time, so if I think you are fit for the role in the team, be patient untill the final rooster is done )
