just wanna evolve my gameplay into something above just wasting my time

hello!, ive been playing games of competative nature since i can remember my self, always around mid to high elos, i master games of different natures pretty quickly so ican also participate in other type of roasters,not just valorant. at the moment i play csgo(silver elite) just started, valorant (gold 3-plat elo) been playing for a year, league of legends ( high to mid plat but currently gold) been playing since season 1 jungle/shaco main. im located in athens greece and im interested in joining a team to turn my game from just playing to waste some time to actually doing something with it, im also a graphic designer and i also do tattoos, so if my graphic arts knowladge is needed over making a poster, a cover, or anything of that nature id be glad to assist as much as possible. about my valorant performance, im match mvp at 79% of my games, i main jett/omen/sage and killjoy, as for the guns i mostly use vandal (40%) the operator(25%) and the phantom (35%) specifically im at the top 3.5% of my elo when it comes to kills(2,420)(as of currently 2,800 kills)
