ambitions

I want to be a pro one day and compete at a high level. That's the reason I'm looking for a team, Hopefully, that has the same ambitions as me.

I started on the first day of the official release date. I played quite a lot from the start but now my hours in-game are starting to decline because I'm just not motivated, I play with very bad players in competitive, the only thing that will motivate me is joining a team and playing scrims against other teams.
I try to play a lot of deathmatches to improve my aim at least 200 kills a day. I peaked at diamond 3 then everything starting going downhill I had throwers, afkers, toxic players, etc. So in 3 days, I dropped to plat 3.
