My dream as a player is to attend a LAN event with my team and win.

As of now, I am currently looking for a VALORANT team to play for. I have organized my ambitions, strengths, and weaknesses as a player in the following post:

Team I'm Looking For:
I'm simply looking for a team willing to give me a chance, org or not. Experience is key this early on in my career and I need guidance from players better than me.

Achievements:
I am currently Diamond 1 in VALORANT (lol). In the past, I have IGL'd Don't Noob, a team I created in which we played in tons of tournaments and scrims, most notably losing to Grim's team 7-13. If I were to rate my game sense and aim, I would say my game sense is of a high immortal, and aim is of a low plat LOL

Schedule:
As of currently, my schedule is relatively tight, though in Summer break this will likely loosen. Currently, I play everyday from around 7:30pm - 10:00pm PST.

Region:
I play on Oregon servers (I get approx 12ms), I am willing to play for any team in North America. Currently, I am not able to bootcamp or move locations.

Strengths:
I am a very capable communicator, and I excel as an IGL, I play in a selfless manner that enables the star player(s) to truly shine. Additionally, I have a strong mental, and can uplift teammates when they're feeling frustrated. Finally, I am very open to receiving and taking criticism.

Weaknesses:
Because of the selfless style of play I have adapted a non-flashy playstyle. Meaning I struggle in areas with multi-fragging and am not a satisfiable entry fragger at this time.

Role:
Currently, I am most comfortable on Astra and Viper. In the past, I have played Skye, Kayo, Brimstone, and Omen with satisfactory performances.
