Win tournaments and become a better player!

Hello my name is Bluree. I have been playing Valorant since the second week of its release. Last act I had peaked at D3 but act rank was D2. I mainly solo qued my way up and played a bit of everyone. But If I were to say the Agents I feel best on it would have to be Reyna , Raze, Jett, Killjoy and Omen. I would prefer to play as a duelist but am willing to play as any role needed. I would also say that I could be a pretty decent IGL if needed. I might not be the best to start off but am willing to put more time in to become a better leader. I am a person who doesn't oftenly get tilted and when I do I try to calm down quickly. I don't believe in being toxic towards my teammates nor opponents I always like to try and encourage or at least say nice try. Outside of Valorant I used to play a lot of competitve cod but never really had to good of teams. What I mean by that is I have been in a lot of teams that didn't want to put in time to get better or have the drive to get better. My main goal is to play with a group of individuals who are driven and want to get better .
I am willing to join any teams that are Plat-2 and up.
I am also in Mountain time zone and prefer to join a team that is Central or West.
