Hi everyone! My name is Kate, I am a female and I have lived in California my whole life. I only have brothers so I live in a gamer house haha, I have been watching/ helping them game since I was very young. In Halo, I would hide for them while they completed missions so we wouldn't have to restart from the beginning. My first experience with gaming would be the Halo and some of the original 360 games like Castle Crashers. As I have grown my older brother has given me his original Xbox One. It has served me well but I am planing to upgrade to a Xbox Series X or a PC.
My brothers have always been exceptional at gaming. My older brother by two years got top 5% on console in his first Fortnite tournament also being an hour late to the time slot. They now play games like Apex Legends, Destiny, and For Honor which I also play. They usually place diamond in Overwatch while I am usually in low gold. The first time I played ranked with my brothers, I got diamond on the healing role, this is when the first I deal of joining an Overwatch team came to mind. I have been studying Professional Overwatch players and couches lately and have noticed my game play, game sense, and overall way of thinking improve but I can not say the same for the other 5 people that I have to work with every match. I truly believe I can improve and go far if I can communicate and work with other players of my skill rank and understanding of the game. I have tried to join teams in the past few weeks but they are all 18+ while I am only 15 years old. I have been searching for under age teams and finally found this cite and decided I might as well. I love the idea of playing and improving as a team and growing closer to other players that have the same goals as me.
