I want to be the best MT I can be and learn to be a better team player. I'd like to hit GM and I'm always focused on how I can improve.

I'm a 3600 Winston/Rein player. I have very little team experience (I was on a gold/plat team for a few months when I was plat). I'm looking for a team that scrims regularly, does team team and/or individual Vod reviews, and is serious about playing as a team. I try to have leadership qualities on ladder (defusing tilt, quick and clear comms, pathing suggestions, ultimate usage and tracking, etc.) as for team play I think I would have to grow into the role of shot-caller.

I'm positive and try to avoid tilt for both myself and my teammates.

I'm willing to learn new heroes and I'm somewhat comfortable on Orisa/Sigma
