My ambition is to coach a team and make a name for ourselves. Finding the players with mechanics is the hard part, if we find them, the rest is up to them.

Hello everyone!
I've been following the LoL competitive scene since season 2 and playing since season 1.
My knowledge of the game (macro, micro, team comps, strategy) is higher than almost every casual/ semi casual player out there.
I am looking for a team to guide, and help young players meet their peak.
Doing lots of different jobs as well as studying (bachelor degree and soon a masters), has given me lots of knowledge that for some reason is not yet applied to e-sports.Players need to understand that being a part of a team is not a game, but a job. Through discipline, knowledge and having a great team spirit any group of 5 people with a love to the game can thrive.
