I'm looking for a team that I can learn to be a better support and get my MMR up.

I am a 3k MMR player - I excel best at P4 but can play P5 as well. I don't play ranked often, so my ingame rank sticks at 3k mmr and doesn't move much from there.
Since Disruptor is not chooseable on the list, I can play a mean disruptor as well.
I'd prefer a team that likes to play on the weekend and maybe a game or two during the week. As someone with a full time job and needs sleep, I can play during the weekday hours of 5pm-8pm CST and all times during weekends
