I'm tired of playing Dota 2 with random people who do nonsense and have no idea how game works. I want to join team that first of all want to improve team skills in Dota 2 and try their skill in tournaments.

I've been playing Dota 2 for two years. I've started of playing with friends as 5 men stack, but eventually I've outgrown them and right now I'm stuck in the plateau where it is impossible to improve more without a team. Even though I'm really busy, I like Dota 2 every much and this is my last shot for not giving up the game. I can play max 3 hours during weekdays, more on Friday and usually whole day on Saturday
- I've only listed several heroes that I'm playing lately. I can play many more.
