i'd like to turn pro or semi-pro, given my experience in the game, but i really need a team to be better and win some tournaments

Greetings,

i'm an italian player that speaks english too, i'm 19 years old.
I can play any role, but i prefer carry or mid, i'd like to have an active team so that we can actively train and hopefully enter and win some tournament, my exact mmr is 3.7k solo but i reached 4k many times, though i'm not trying that hard to climb now, almost never played team mmr because i miss a team (that's why i'm here), i've been playing dota 2 since 2013 and i have more than 2822 hours in it
