Hello I am looking to become involved in an esports team and learn the administrative side of running a team as an assistant coach, manager, or other nonplayer roles. I am not looking to be paid or receive an incentive because I want to expand my knowledge and get into the business/team management side and be introduced.
My goal would be a assistant coach role and work with head coach and players to learn strategies and goals and make help make evaluations.
