Hey, my name is Nolan, and I've been playing Counter-Strike for 2.5 years now. After getting a new computer and spending over a year trying to rigourously improve aspects of my game, I am ready to compete. I have been on multiple teams, none of which have achieved anything. This is mainly due to effort. People do not want to put in the time necessary, and many players have negative and unhealthy mindsets that leave no room for improvement. This is why I am looking for a team of mature, enjoyable, skilled and dedicated players who are willing to put in the time to practice, improve, and win. My goal and dream is to be able to make it through tournament qualifiers and to play on LAN at major events, and I am looking for people with a similar mindset, and who are willing to put the effort in to get there.
