Trying to grow into something big.

I was a member of a gaming organization called Xiled Gaming Network, also known as XGN. I was with them for 3 years, starting as a competitive player and then transitioning to content creation. Eventually, I was offered a position on the staff team, which I accepted. I served on the staff team for about a year and a half, but I and some other staff members disagreed with how the owner managed the team. The disagreements ranged from the recruitment process, which used to be more selective but became open to anyone. Unfortunately, due to this, I and other staff members decided to leave XGN and each of us went on to create our own teams. The team I created is called LOM.
